I am a third generation Orland native and a 1997 graduate of Orland high school. I attended Orland schools growing up and then graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelors degree in Nursing. After leaving for a few years, I moved back to Orland to raise my family in a small rural area.
My husband Scott and I have three children; Connor attends Orland High School, Addison attends CK Price, and Blake attends Mill St School. Scott helps coach football and baseball at Orland High. My passion has always been for Orland schools and I am honored to serve the community of Orland.

I am an Orland USD alumni and have dedicated the past nine years to working with the Glenn County Office of Education as the Medi-Cal Program Coordinator. I am also a parent of a student in the dual immersion program through Orland Unified School District. Before joining the Glenn County Office of Education, I spent 22 years at Enloe Medical Center, primarily as an emergency medical dispatcher. This experience gave me a profound understanding of our community's needs, especially those of our children. Additionally, I have been actively involved in various community services, including serving a year on the board for Westside Domestic Violence, coaching for Orland Little League, and holding positions such as treasurer for Mill Street Parent Club and member of the School Site Council (SSC) for both Mill Street and Fairview Elementary schools.
I am honored to serve the Orland Unified community as a member of the school board, and I look forward to being a sounding board and ally for every demographic of our community. I believe that focused, dedicated service can truly drive meaningful change in our schools and beyond.
