  • TWO (2) - BUS DRIVER/CUSTODIANS: OUSD is seeking two candidates for 8 hour per day 12 month per year BUS DRIVER/CUSTODIAN positions (PC #268, #277). Shifts are from 2:30pm-11:00pm. These positions will qualify for night differential stipends. Shifts subject to change during holiday breaks (6:30am-3:00pm) and summer breaks (6:00am-2:30pm). Must be able to complete the requirements to obtain a California Special Driver Certificate (School Bus License.) Preferred candidates will have a Class A or B passenger endorsements license. Range 14 on Classified Salary Schedule.

The Glenn County Office of Education Human Resources Department publishes a Substitute Teachers List with periodic updates, for use by the public school within Glenn County.

After  the substitute is cleared by Glenn County Office of Education, the substitute will notify Orland Unified that they wish to be added to the OUSD sub-calling system.

Certificated Substitute Daily Rates - This salary schedule is temporary and has been increased to address the certificated
substitute shortage. The term of this schedule shall be effective July 1, 2025 and
end June 30, 2026.

TK-12 General and Special Education Classes

Half Day $100.00

Long Term Substitute Rate Starting on the 21st Consecutive Day
