Title II / ADA
Complaints alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in a District program or activity by or against a student shall be investigated and resolved in accordance with Board Policy and Administrative Regulation 1312.3 – Uniform Complaint Procedures (UCP).
A complaint should be submitted in writing to the District's Human Resources Department. If a complainant is unable to prepare a complaint in writing, administrative staff will assist the complainant in preparing the complaint.
The District prohibits retaliation against any person who files a discrimination complaint, participates in an investigation, or otherwise exercises rights protected by law.
