- BUS DRIVER/CUSTODIAN/GARDENER: OUSD is seeking a candidate for a 12 month per year BUS DRIVER/CUSTODIAN/GARDENER position. Shift will be split, the hours will be 6:30am-8:30am and 2:30pm-8:30pm. This position will qualify for night differential stipend. Shift hours will change during the holiday breaks (6:30am-3:00pm) and summer breaks (6:00am-2:30pm). Must be able to complete the requirements to obtain a California Special Driver Certificate (School Bus License.) Preferred candidates will have a Class A or B passenger endorsements license. Range 13 on the Classified Salary Schedule.
- Selected candidates will be subject to a pre-employment drug and alcohol test as well as random drug testing

- YARD SUPERVISOR – Mill Street is seeking a candidate for 2.0 hours per day Yard Supervisor (224). Shift is 11:20am-1:20pm. Salary Range 4 on the classified salary schedule.

The Glenn County Office of Education Human Resources Department publishes a Substitute Teachers List with periodic updates, for use by the public school within Glenn County.
To view requirements for placement on the Substitute Teachers list, click here.
After the substitute is cleared by Glenn County Office of Education, the substitute will notify Orland Unified that they wish to be added to the OUSD sub-calling system.

Certificated Substitute Daily Rates - This salary schedule is temporary and has been increased to address the certificated
substitute shortage. The term of this schedule shall be effective August 15, 2022 and
end June 30, 2023.
TK-12 General and Special Education Classes
Full Day $175.00
Half Day $87.50
Long Term Substitute Rate Starting on the 21st Consecutive Day
Grades TK-12
$225.00
