| | Fall is in the air at Mill Street School. The first trimester has just come to an end, bringing with it parent teacher conferences and report cards. Classes are on a minimum day schedule the week of November 17 through 21 to assist teachers and parents in scheduling conferences to meet and discuss your child's report card and testing results. This time is very important.
The following week, November 24 through 28, we are out of school for Thanksgiving Break.
Upon returning to school, students are practicing for their winter programs on top of their already busy classroom academic schedule. It is a fun time, but a time that requires even more rest as more and more is being asked of students. The pace at school just continues to buzz quickly as STAR testing and trimester two testing approach.
It is a busy time, but one we look forward to.
