Math


	The Math Department has an emphasis on problem solving which will benefit students throughout their lives. Classes include the basics of Sixth and Seventh Grade math, Algebra, Algebra Readiness. Accelerated students who pass a math placement test before seventh grade may take Algebra 1 in Grade Seven. They then take Geometry in Grade Eight. All classes meet the California Mathematics Content Standards for California Public Schools for Grades 6-8. Classes Taught Teachers Useful Links
