The Orland Unified School District Food Services is committed to providing complete, nutritious and pleasing meals to all students. Every meal will meet the USDA requirements for nutrition, enabling all students to prepare for academic development.
The Nutrition Services department provides breakfast and lunch for all students who want to participate. Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and funded through federal and state programs, the program makes meals available for all students. This includes those approved for free or reduced cost meals. Complete confidentiality is provided to all students.
Orland High School and C.K. Price Intermediate School offer four menu options every day. C.K. Price and Fairview Elementary also provide a salad bar lunch menu. The Food Services Department operates snack bar facilities at C.K. Price Intermediate and Orland High Schools to give the students food choices not available on the National School Breakfast or Lunch programs.
Our department participates in special school day menus, including Native American Days at Fairview Elementary and Greek Days at C.K. Price Intermediate Schools.
The Orland Unified School District offers breakfast before school to all students. If your child qualifies for meal assistance the breakfast meal also qualifies. The price of a reduced price breakfast is $.30 at all sites. The price for a paid breakfast at Mill Street and Fairview is $.75 and at CK and Orland High is $1.00. We welcome all of our students for breakfast every day.
